Questions

Which distance can I train for?

The 10K and the 21K half marathon. There is no RunStrong plan for the 5K.

The run is untimed. Why follow a plan?

There is no clock, but 21 km over rolling ground still needs training. The plan builds the distance week by week, so you finish comfortably and still have the rest of the day for Hampi.

Does the trial need a card?

No. The trial is 30 days of PRO, one per account, and it does not renew on its own. When it ends you are a Standard member again and your saved plans become view-only.

Which watches work?

Workouts go to Garmin, COROS and Suunto watches. Completed runs come back from Garmin and Strava. Apple Watch support is coming soon.

105 days to the start line

Start this week and you have 15 weeks of training before 24 January. The plan is built for that date.
